We are pleased to announce that we are Digital Entrepreneur Awards 2019 finalists, the category being Digital Team of the Year.

The DEA, held in associated with UKFAST, has honoured Britain’s digital talent for over a decade. From start-ups to large corporates, the DEA judges hand select applicants who demonstrate “the most cutting-edge use of the modern web”, which is why we at Mosaic are extremely proud to be shortlisted as finalists for the event for Digital Team of the Year!

Our team is at the heart of the company and we believe that our growth and success so far, and the key to our future success, lies within our team. We pride ourselves in having a wide variety of talents and expertise within the team – our talented developers & digital marketers are highly motivated in providing a bespoke, professional and trustworthy service to all of our clients.

After we received the news that we are DEA finalists!

As a lot of you will know, if you blink you might miss a new update in the digital marketing world which is why we have to be on our a-game when it comes to keeping our skills sharp. We are always on the lookout for ways to learn and develop talents, whether it’s shadowing other team members or going to external training events.

The diverging talent within our team also means that we are able to deal a wide-range of digital requirements, from helping companies to get set-up with a brand new bespoke website, to helping them effectively drive traffic to the website via social media and SEO marketing. This process of working with our clients from start to finish enables us to really build a relationship with our clients and ultimately to do a better job on the project. We also believe in involving the whole team in projects as much as possible – an extra set of eyes on a project can provide you with a fresh perspective and a whole new angle!

Our team’s values mean that giving something back to the community is important to our company, which is why Mosaic, as a team, have made several charitable donations over the past few years, proving complimentary marketing to the likes of Papyrus, Warrington Wolves Foundation, Woolston Rovers and more recently Northwich RUFC.

Our success simply wouldn’t be possible without our digital team, they put in hours of effort into the business, as well as taking part in various events outside of work including a half marathon, a 5k park run, Pretty Mudder and spending a weekend around the Christmas holidays in Ireland for some valuable downtime! The staff also partake in many charity events. Last year, two of our staff members took part in an intensive yet rewarding 2-day suicide prevention course in order to get to know Papyrus more, ahead of us delivering their new website.
